For Phase 4 SOP updated on 11h February 2022, it is an extended / additional version of the Phase 4 SOP effective 26 August 2021.

Among the important update are as follows

Complete Vaccination Definition

Individual considered to be fully vaccinated are those who fit below criteria:

  1. For vaccines type that requires two dose injection (such as Cominaty (Pfizer~BioNTech), COVID-19 AstraaZeneca (Oxford-AstraZeneca), CoronaVac (Sinovac), Spikevax (Moderna) dan Covilo (Sinopharm)), individuals concerned must have passed their 14 days from their second dose of vaccination; OR
  2. For vaccine that requires single dose injection (such as COVID-19 Janssen (Johnson & Johnson) and Convidecia (CanSno)), individuals concerned must have passed their 28 days from the date they receive the injection.

For unvaccinated individuals due to health issue, they are required to present medical report verified by registered medical practitioner.

Citizens and non-citizens returning / arrive from overseas

Risk assessment

  • To present proof of RT-PCR test with NEGATIVE result performed two days prior to travel.
  • Possess valid certificate of vaccination of receiving complete COVID-19 vaccination dose (depends on the type of vaccine)
  • No symptom during health screening at International Entry Point.

Mandatory Quarantine Period

  • 5 days for those who already received booster dose.
  • 7 days for those who already vaccinated BUT yet to receive booster dose.
  • 10 days if not yet vaccinated or not fully vaccinated.

Quarantine at home (if deemed suitable) or at quarantine center.

Supervision and Observation Order for Close Contact Person

If you’re listed at Close Contact to COVID-19 patient, please follow below quarantine period

  • 5 days if you already received booster dose.
  • 7 days if you already vaccinated BUT yet to receive booster dose.
  • 10 days if you are unvaccinated or not yet complete your vaccination.
